Wat een heerlijk zomers weer al zo vroeg in mei.
Op 8 mei was het moederdag. Daar horen verse asperges bij. Met een beetje filodeeg en een gratin van ei, geitenkaas en hamblokjes smaakte de aspergetaart verrukkelijk!
Met verse peterselie uit eigen kas.
Voor de moeders had ik een stuk taart als verrassing ingepakt.

Wij hebben heerlijk gesmuld van deze aspergetaart,weer eens een andere manier van asperges eten was erg goed gelukt ga zo door Anne
